Bourbon Blue

Absolutely delicious! The bourbon caramelized onions were out of this world! Perfection is the best word to use. My husband had the brisket & gravy and I couldn't stop taking bites. We ended up splitting our food with each other. This place is amazing and I can't wait to return!

Hush Puppies

My mouth and stomach love me more because of the flavor in these delicious little bites! I don't eat spicy food so I was nervous about the jalapeño but they aren't spicy just full of flavor.

Mushroom Swiss Burger

The mushroom Swiss burger was potentially the best burger I've ever eaten in my entire life. I've always loved smashed burgers, but this guy was cooked PERFECTLY, smothered in melty cheese and the butter bun paired with the crispy onions added the perfect texture combination. The fries were just as delicious - and I'm a fry snob. Crispy but soft inside with the perfect amount of seasoning. The meal was also huge! I could only eat half of it, so I enjoyed the rest the next day (it heats back up nicely).

Pork on Pork on Beef

This was so huge and so good!! Omg! I put half of it in the fridge because I couldn't finish and when I went to snack on it later it was just as yummy cold!!

Boudin Balls

This was my first time trying boudin balls. And, OMG. They had just the right amount of heat, which was cooled off in the best way possible by the dipping sauce. The texture was unbelievable. I'm not usually into fried foods, but this is a new staple.
